Isabel D. Ruhnke is a Senior Associate in our Berlin office and specialises in product compliance, product regulation, product liability and ESG.
She primarily advises companies engaged in manufacturing and trade on all regulatory issues with regard to the development, approval, manufacture, distribution and disposal of products, with a particular focus on sustainability and the related requirements of the EU Green Deal regulations.
Vita
Isabel D. Ruhnke studied law in Greifswald (Germany) and Glasgow (Scotland). After passing her first state law exam, she went on to obtain a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Trinity College in Dublin (Ireland).
As part of her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin (Germany), she inter alia worked at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and for the law firms Hengeler Mueller, Noerr, and Freshfields.
Isabel D. Ruhnke worked as a lawyer with Greenberg Traurig from 2021 to 2024, specialising in regulatory law. She joined Luther in late 2024.
